Dr. Bradley Scott Jackson is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Cincinnati where he was a recipient of the Louise Taft Semple Scholarship in Classics. He received his Medical Degree (MD) from Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. He returned to Cincinnati and completed his pediatric residency at Childrens Hospital Medical Center.
Upon completing his residency in 1991, he has served as a staff physician at the Lincoln Heights Health Center while fulfilling a public health commitment for the National Health Service Corp. He has served as the Medical Director of the Cincinnati Health Plan, a local Medicaid health maintenance organization and participated on many hospital and insurance advisory boards. He has served as the Assistant Medical Director and practicing pediatrician for Bethesda Group Practice in Kings Mills, Ohio. In 2003, he and Dr. Roesch founded Premier Pediatric Group. Inc.
He has made several appearances on the FOX 19 Early Morning News Program, 1230AM and WVXU-FM as the guest physician and has written articles for the Cincinnati Post on a variety of pediatric topics.
Currently, he is board-certified in Pediatric Medicine and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP). He holds a position as a Volunteer, Assistant Professor of Pediatrics with the University Of Cincinnati College Of Medicine and is a Past President of the Medical Staff of Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. He is a past President of the Cincinnati Medical Association. He also serves as a medical consultant with a local health insurance company.
In his volunteer time, he is a board member with Every Child Succeeds and chairs the Medical Home Committee. He serves on other advisory boards, including the Center for Closing the Health Gap, Success by Six and Health Improvement Collaborative of Greater Cincinnati and Proctor & Gamble. He has a son. |
